Case 1
This lovely gentleman attended to see me after a history of trauma at an earlier age and the subsequent bridge to replace the missing central incisor kept coming loose and falling out.
Tired of this situation he sought to look for a fixed implant solution. After a team approach to align and bleach his teeth we replaced the upper right central incisor with an implant retained single crown.
Case 2
This wonderful patient travelled to see me from Spain to replace 2 failing implants on her central incisor teeth. The loose and unsightly implants initially needed to be removed, after a period of healing she underwent complex bone and soft tissue augmentation to rebuild the bone and gingivae at the failed implant sites.
Two implants were subsequently placed and restored with implant retained zirconia crowns to bring back this lady’s smile and confidence.
Case 3
A case of all on 4 in the upper jaw, where she had extensive and unrestorable caries in all her remaining upper dentition. She was in considerable pain and embarrassment from her damaged and diseased teeth. The teeth all needed to be removed and replaced with 4 implants and a full arch bridge that was immediately loaded on the day.
After a 3 month healing period she had a final bridge made that not only restored her function but her confidence, smile and ability to chew!
